BUILDING USAGE FORM
Patrons of the JCN School District may complete the attached PDF building usage request form to use a district building. Please be sure to review the back of the form for the regulations for usage of the buildings. Return the completed form and deposit fee to the office of the building which you are requesting usage or to the District Office.
