Spanish is one of the most commonly spoken languages in the world, and in the United States is the second most spoken language, after English. Learning Spanish can open a door full of possibilities such as increasing job opportunities, improving communication skills, working abroad, making new friends, keeping your brain young, enhancing your traveling experiences, and even studying abroad.
Learning a foreign language is not an easy task, but JCN students have demonstrated what they are made of. The dedication and abilities of the students in the classroom shows. Last week, the Spanish class sharpened their listening skills and knowledge of Spanish by completing lyrics and singing along on a song. These types of experiences help the students feel more comfortable in a language that can be fun to learn and brings many benefits for their personal and professional growth.
