Learning is my Superpower

EMS Pick Up

Hello students and parents:

I hope this message finds everyone in good spirits as we endure this crisis.

MS Students

Please check your gmail and google classroom accounts, regularly, as teachers are using these to send information about your continuous learning for the rest of the school year.

Thursday, we will be allowing students to pick up their learning packets and clean out their lockers during two designated times.

We will be strictly following the social distancing recommendations of 6 ft apart from others and 10 or less people in a room at one time.  You will need to wait in your car until we are ready for the next person to enter the building.

You will enter the MS wing doors to pick up your learning packets in front of your locker.  It will be important for your continual learning in the upcoming weeks. Teachers have also placed textbooks in front of your locker if you will need them.

Items for pick up are in three locations.  MS wing locker, the locker room, and the band room.

You may come anytime between 11-12 during lunch pick up time or between 4-6:30.

If you have any library books or other items to return to the school, you may bring them to turn in during these times.

Elementary Students/Parents

Please check your ClassDojo accounts as teachers will be sending you messages and updates during this continual learning.

Thursday we will be allowing parents and students to come pick up their belongings from the school, everyone must remain in their vehicles during this process.

Classroom belongings have been sacked up by the classroom teachers and will be grouped by class under the overhang of the bus loading zone.  Vehicles will pull up to their students class table, starting from PK to 5th grade, with the tables marked with signs. If you have students at multiple grade levels start from the youngest and work your way up.  Please remain in your vehicle and someone will assist you in getting your student’s belongings.

Everyone will need to be aware upon entering the parking lot and following the cones and instructions of staff helping to direct them.  Included is a rough map of the traffic flow to ensure we have a safe pick up for everyone. If you are a family with elementary and MS students please pick up the following elementary line first, then join the MS line in the back parking lot.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday.  If you can’t make it Thursday or are in self-quarantine, please contact the office next week and we will work something out to reschedule with you.

Thank you!

Mr. Stapp
