Substitutes of the Year Appreciation
In many school districts, honors such as Teacher of the Year, Student of the Month and Employee of the Month are common but we at JCN would like to take this time to honor the substitutes who dedicate their time and talent to assist our students and school.
Permanent teachers, paraprofessionals, secretaries, custodians, cooks and bus drivers rely on the availability and ability of substitutes in many situations, including illness, maternity leave, long-term hospitalization, personal days, and meetings. Although some substitutes may not adequately fill the shoes of the absent employee, they do an excellent job of filling in.
We would like to say “Thank-you” to our loyal substitutes and let them know how much we appreciate their contributions to JCN.
